The egg powder is freeze-dried and canned under vacuum and nitrogen. This makes it easy to keep for 15 years with guaranteed taste. Outside of 15 years, this can often be kept for decades if it has remained in a vacuum, but the taste may differ. Always do a mouth test if you are going to eat it after the date shown.
