Return procedure

Are you not satisfied with your purchase, did you expect anything else? Then you can return the order without a reason, within 14 days, in the official box and the product in official package. After receipt we will check the product for any usage and / or damage. Where applicable, damages are deducted from the purchase amount. After verification, we will refund the amount back to your account within 14 days. 

The product must be properly packaged and can only be returned in official packaging. 

Gas masks and filters cannot be returned because this is a safety product

Please note: returning without prior notifying is not possible, unknown packages are not accepted.

When used or damaged products sent back, we have to charge the costs, we will deduct this from the amount to be refunded.

Exchange Product?

Do you want to exchange a product? That is not a problem at all. You can contact us. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
