EcoFlow RIVER PRO Battery extension
Only fits the lithium Ecoflow River Pro 1
The EcoFlow RIVER Extra Battery is designed to pair with the EcoFlow RIVER PRO to increase the energy capacity of the device. You can easily double the capacity of the EcoFlow RIVER from 720Wh to 1440Wh by connecting the EcoFlow RIVER PRO Extra Battery to the EcoFlow River PRO.
Capacity and power
After integration of the Extra Battery into EcoFlow RIVER PRO, the set is counted as one set (or bundle) that is monitored and managed as a whole by the power management system of the main model. It offers a cost effective solution to upgrade your EcoFlow RIVER in terms of storage. With a capacity of 1440Wh, the EcoFlow RIVER Bundle provides enough energy to run essential devices for hours, depending on the actual power.
Featuring EcoFlow's patented X-Stream Technology, the smart inverter enables fast charging that takes less than 1 hour to charge from 0%-80%, and the battery is fully charged in 1.6 hours. You can switch to a quieter charging condition by enabling the “Still Charging” status on the APP.
With solar panels and a car charger, charging the emergency power generator naturally takes longer.
The Extra Battery weighs only 7 kilograms and has an integrated handle. This makes it easy to take the battery with you. It is not necessary to carry the battery in a bag.
Installation & connection
Connecting the battery to the power station is done with a single cable and requires no technical skills. This battery system is therefore a true plug and play solution that can be put into use without any tools. Even the necessary cable is included in the package. As soon as the battery is connected to the River Pro, the battery data from both devices is displayed on the screen of the power station.
To charge the battery it is necessary to connect it to the River Pro. Use the Expansion Power Cable for this. This is supplied as standard. Once connected, charging works the same as when you only charge the power station emergency generator.
How to connect the River Pro battery to the River Pro
- Turn off both devices before connecting them.
- Open the auxiliary power port on the River Pro on the side of the device. Then connect the cable to the port and tighten it securely.
- open the protective cover on the River Pro battery and connect the cable to the battery. Tighten the cable well here too.
- Turn on one of the devices. If the display of the River Pro shows the Extra battery symbol, then the connection has been successful and you can use extra power for an extra long time.
